Trying to make sense everyday of the things that slip away. Like your hand around that conor bend standing in the rain. It haunts me every day it can, I just cant stop. One more step down a different line you'll never know. All the times I could have told you I didnt wanna go, all the time I could have told you I didnt wanna stay. We go back and forth from the things we love, but we cant go back on this one. Drag our feet just alittle more loosing time.thoughts earsed every night from the things I cant seem to hide. Now i'm looking for the answer to all the things I couldn't be. The highway never ends and the memories stay the same, still wont go. The drinks get stronger and the nights get longer now, but my face wont show. My heart it hurts at the thought of you and me, we slowly burn. We'll take our time to try and try again we wont make it home. Never going back home.
